The Shrouded Veil is an ever-shifting, twilight-bound expanse of infinite shadowed corridors, narrow alleyways, and vast mist-filled plazas. Every path leads somewhere different depending on the intent of the traveler, and the landscape is constantly changing, as if responding to the doubts, fears, and desires of those within. Strange reflections of places from other realms appear within the veil, distorted and shadowy. These "echoes" feel real but contain twisted, symbolic clues about their origins. The deeper one ventures, the less certain they become of who they are, as memories and self-perception waver.
Sentient shadow-forms called Whisperlings serve Llyria, whispering secrets, guiding the lost, or leading enemies to ruin. These beings often speak in riddles and half-truths, embodying her philosophy of ambiguity.
Her throne is said to reside within the Labyrinth of Reflections, a vast mirrored chamber at the heart of the Veil, where her truest followers seek audience with her — if they can discern her true form among her countless reflections.
