Execution
Some people have a great feast and others just do the main event. It’s taken place at an ocean or a river if someone wants to do it in a less crowded place. Each family is given a wooden boat and says, “Let your spirit wander and find the way back home. You will be remembered” before placing the boat on the water and let it sail off into the vast space of water.

They observe it at the end of the year during winter.
