A city of Orcs. While traveling orc warbands are nearly always brutish monsters with no humanity, the orcs of Gulgrushnod buck that trend. Yes, they tend to be more violent, aggressive, and arrogant than the average human or dwarf, but they allow room for diplomacy and welcome outsiders to sample the glory of their city.
