Major language groups and dialects

They have a blend between gnomish and underdark. Their common is riddled with errors, but the can make themselves understood.

Common Dress code

Bright colors with lots of gradients. The colors are meant to ward of predators.

Art & Architecture

They are very inspired by their surroundings and often times depict that which surrounds them. Their architecture is filled with arches and valves, cut stone is made to look like the large fungi stems surrounding them. They build pillars high into the sky, close to the trunks and so high you can touch the leaves of the canopy above. Stairs made of wood spirals around the tree trunks and the houses are built as close to the trunk as possible. The settlements are built in tiers, and they are as large as cities, built from the ground to the canopy.

Funerary and Memorial customs

Once a member dies, they take them to a graveyard were they bury them and let them return to nature.

Ideals

Beauty Ideals

Individual style. Everyone wants to be themselves and have their own look, but most young gnomes have trouble because their afraid that their style is a copy someone else’s.

Gender Ideals

They don’t care. They could care less. They just want to have fun. They just want everyone to be comfortable. If you disagree, they will kick you out.

Courtship Ideals

They prefer if you court someone when you are an adult. They do not care what race, gender or sexual orientation.

Relationship Ideals

The Morventhal gnomes like to talk about how they are a mix between forest gnomes and Svirfneblin, so they have a deep hatred for Deurgar and Drow.  Out of all the races, these are the only ones you cannot befriend. Doing so could cost your friends in the village. Morventhal forest has a cave that leads to the underdark, and raids from these two races are common.
