Wars have always ravaged Eblesh. At least, since the Veil.
We are now in the year 115 AV (After Veil), and in that time the continent has known little but strife. Kingdoms rise, alliances fracture, and the scars of old wars remain visible across the land.
At the center of it all sits Lumania, the most powerful nation in Eblesh, its territory stretching across the entire northwest of the continent. Upon its throne sits King Agrias Mazan, known by many as the Mad King. His rule is marked by paranoia, ambition, and the lingering shadow of wars that have never truly ended.
To the northeast lies Edristan, a land of scholars and soldiers. Its cities guard the borders of the Restless Wastes, a cursed region where ancient lich warlords command legions of undead. The fortress city of Gurthgate stands as the last shield between the living nations and the armies of the dead.
In the mountains rests the dwarven kingdom of Thuedor, whose ancient halls have endured for generations. Unlike the fractured monarchies of the surface, Thuedor maintains a strict and orderly line of succession, making it one of the few stable powers left in Eblesh.
South of the great conflicts stretch the open lands known as the Meadows, where nomadic tribes roam and the fortified city of the Enclave offers refuge to those strong enough to survive its harsh laws.
Far to the east lies Egril, a silent nation consumed overnight by a mysterious catastrophe. No one who enters its borders has ever returned.
Across the continent, refugees wander, armies gather, and ancient dangers stir beneath the surface of history.
No one remembers what the world was like before the Veil.
Thuedor prepares to march on Lumania, Lumania prepares to march on Thuedor, Edristan prepares for war as civil war threatens the continent.
Welcome to Eblesh
