T'larn Kiirlaran
T'larn is an astral elf recently employed by Bloth aboard The Dark Mantle, a vessel they captured. When confronted in The Battered Blunderbuss, T'larn offered to stay out of the fight in exchange for money. He was last seen still at the bar.
