Magic Marrow Liquid

A liquid mixture required for enchanting items. created by mixing oil, silver, and red magic flour (treated marrow from a magic monster). The liquid flows like ink and is used inside of ink pens to write arcana for this reason. The grade of the mixture accounts for a number of factors scaling from 5th - 1st, 1st being the highest grade. The grade of the mixture and the quality of the weapon determines how many and how powerful the enchantment can be.
