Bluemoon flower

A flower that often grows in line of sunlight as that means moonlight too. These flowers supposable never bloom and are strangely often found growing in areas with low amounts of noise, thus they have been nicknamed Silent Flowers. They are often seen in particular events of mourning. For Sharn in particular, these flowers are grown in the Skyway, Azure Ward. These flowers are used as a odor neutralizer in small doses and in large amounts for fashion reasons by the royals of the Azure ward. In large amounts the person in question with have a uniquely absent but apparent smell about them and will be seen dimming glowing a otherworldly blue in areas of dim or no lighting. It is illegal by the Laws of Sharn for people of any social standing (including the Brilliant Family) to use Bluemoon in large amounts. Bluemoon can also be used as a medicine to cure throat problems or as a poison to make someone mute for a period of time. In the fairytale, "Your Voice, Thou I Miss...", the Bluemoon flower resurrected a woman's dead lover simply because he could not speak while dead. Although it never goes into any details.
