Jaxx is a warforged psionic warrior cladded in traveler's clothes. He is odd often preferring to use terms of us and we instead of I. He seeks purpose and understanding as he and his war docent, Zenith, work as one to understand their past as they are left confused as to why they are created.
Jaxx is filled with regret for leaving behind R0-k1 back at the Citadel. He seeks to redeem himself while he continues his investigation. He is striving to learn more about the Blades and convince them that mass genocide is not the right answer to the problems of the world. He is being plagued with issues of self-confidence as few heed his words. It doesn't help that the Lord of Blades is rather Charismatic and intelligent in handling the warforged population. Jaxx seeks the meaning of the name "Bulwark" and what remains of the warform project.
