The port of call for the Seadragons and the capital of High Prince Ryger’s principality, Regalport lies on the shore of a protected bay on the pleasant island of Greentarn. House Thuranni’s headquarters, a large enclave not far from the docks, helps make this one of the most modern and prosperous towns in the Principalities. House Orien has a major outpost here, as does House Ghallanda. Regalport is also home to one of the largest markets east of the Mror Holds, the bustling Pirate Exchange.
