Mentor Wintercloak

Mentor Wintercloak is the current director at the Univeristy of Arcanix and a member of the Arcane Congress' Mosaic Committee. He is, at his core, a man of administration and prefers to allow his brilliant instructors deal with students while he deals with the political matters of running a floating school of magic-users.
