Liondrake Guard Tower - Law and Order -

Liondrake Tower This municipal tower is the seat of law and order in Emerald Spire. Here, law-abiding citizens can file grievances, receive legal adjudication, and speak to the Liondrake guards. Less reputable Marchers may find themselves in the dungeons below the tower while they wait for a trial or transportation to one of the mines.

Standing tall and proud above the surrounding area, the pillar of stone stretches up 60 feet. Thin arrow slits line the walls and a small platform at the top juts out in the four cardinal directions. The tower is peaked by a spire, painted green, upon which a modest flag flutters in the wind.
