King Sebastes ir'Kesslan

King Sebastes is the direct decendent of Duke Ven ir'Kesslan, the founder of New Galifar. An ideological leader, like his grandfather, the first king of New Galifar had adopted at least a modicum of his father's pragmatism. He struggles to maintain the spirit of his grandfather's vision against the realities of the dragonshard prospecting and "scales" tribes on his doorstep.
