Devin d'Orien

Devin is a scion of House Orien that manages the caravans for House Orien in Passage. Though one of the most powerful members of the House, it is clear that Devin has ambitions to make a move on the lightning rail division currently headed by Ameer d'Orien. Known by many as a workaholic, Devin splits his time between the demands as his role as Carriage Master and his social/political maneuverings within the enclave.
