Archbishop Deterich Eingelmann of Sharn is the senior-most member of the Church in Breland. He has served the Church of the Silver Flame in some capacity for his entire life, from his time stoking the silver flames as a child to his current station. A political agnostic, the Bishop has a well-developed reputation as a balanced mind within the Church. He is of some reknown throughout the Church as a student of the mysteries of his faith- delving deeper than most in his studies of the nature of fiends and demons. A recluse, the Archbishop does not receive many visitors and is only known to engage the public during ceremonies and limited social engagements.

Bishop Eingelmann appears to be a frail man in his 60s or 70s, buckling slightly under the weight of his ornamental robes and ornate headdress.

Orphaned by a gang of Shifters, his public professions of unity is an inspiring message to his congregation. Bishop Eingelmann has lived and served in the Church for over sixty years and has an impeccable reputation. His text on the nature of demons is referenced heavily by modern scholars.

In our story:
Deterich Eingelmann was the priest who conducted the "botched exorcism" on Therin in 958 YK. His private office, maintained in the basement of the Blackstone Cathedral was raided by the party while they pursued the warlock artificer Dalamar Navaris.
