Zodor Tarev
Zodor Tarev is a salvage broker and smuggler based in Salvation. He's no saint, but he also isn't really deserving of the reputation he's gained as a scoundrel. He does run a black market trading in the wealth of a fallen nation, but he isn't a thief or a murderer, and he doesn't expect those who do jobs for him to engage in such unsavoury behaviours, either.
