Tzaryan Rrac
Tzaryan Rrac is an Oni and a warlord of Droaam. He was the first to embrace the rule of the Daughters of Sora Kell, and was richly rewarded with territory in southern Droaam. His domain stretches from the Watching Wood's southern edge to the Thunder Sea. Most of his subjects are orcs, grouped in several tribes and lorded over by Rrac's ogre followers. He also claims lordship over a number of the Watching Wood's dark fey, as well as a group of gnolls and trolls.
Tzaryan, much like other oni, has a deep fascination with the esoteric and magical arts, with a particular interest in artifacts from the Dhakaani Empire, the war against the Daelkyr or from the Age of Demons. He often sends out his followers to procure such items.
He revealed to Kalshana that his people are subjugated by the Inspired of Riedra. That they are taught they are living prisons for fiends, and that they must redeem the fiend within with devoted service to the Inspired. He has rejected these teachings, and fled to Droaam, a whole continent away.
