Faela
Faela is a priestess of the Church of the Silver Flame, and she runs and maintains the only church in Fallen. Faela isn't part of the hierarchy of the Brelish Church of the Silver Flame, and she receives nothing in return for her service. She saw a community that was in need, and she took up residence in the shattered church to help fulfil that need.
Faela is a pillar of the community in Fallen, providing medical care and helping with whatever she can. Whilst the people of Fallen don't always listen to her or heed her advice, she is the only priest that hasn't abandoned them and they generally look out for her wellbeing. She devotes most of her time to those most in need, and she helps people to leave the district whenever it is feasible to do so.
She is aware of a presence somewhere in Fallen, which she believes to be malicious. She isn't a fighter, and can do nothing about this presence herself, so she simply does her best to help the downtrodden people of Fallen wherever she can.
