Lord Mayor Cathan ir’Demell
The Lord Mayor is a rotund, bored-looking bureaucrat dressed in fine clothes well tailored to his great bulk. His bald head shines with sweat, and his pale blue eyes have a somewhat glazed appearance. He has no visible weapons, but he carries a heavy golden scepter as his badge of office and wears a golden circlet.
