Kraken Bay

Kraken Bay is a body of water south of The Mournland. Before the Day of Mourning, it was a busy hub of maritime trade and transportation. Sailors, immigrants, and tourists visiting Cyre all had to pass into Kraken Bay before docking in the jewel of Galifar. It is named for a legendary tale of the explorer Lhazaar spotting multiple Krakens at once as she laid the first human eyes on the shores that one day became Cyre.
