Nor, God of Shadows & Thievery

When this world was but a glowing ember in the dark void, five powerful beings were brought into existence by an entity of unimaginable depth and power. These five beings were given this world to oversee and protect, helping keep the delicate balance between all the things that they were to create upon it. When the ember cooled, the world was formed and they descended to its surface. There, they made whole their dreams and wishes, then walked sideways into the moon and watched from afar as their dreams were given life and form. Nor is one of these beings

Appearance

As a being of immense power, Nor technically can look however he/she wants. In theory it isn't really a he or a she, but Nor has always been a mercurial being, changing on a whim, so when he/she does appear to any followers, or just an important person, he/she assumes an androgynous form that has long black hair, all black silk clothes with a hooded black cloak. Other times Nor assumes a very voluptuous figure with platinum blond hair wearing a grey silk shirt and a heavy black cloak with a very large hood. In either appearance his/her eyes can never be seen.

Nor's holy symbol is of a jet black helm with a bright white star for its left eye. otherwise the helm is faceless.

Tenets of Faith

Secrets are the foundation of life. Everyone has something to hide and rightly so, so keep those sacred and whisper to others the things that will hurt them

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Nor struggles against his/her brothers and sisters to keep the balance of the dark. There are no shadows without light, no knowledge without secrets, and yet they refuse to see this truth.

Nor attracts some nefarious followers from all walks of life. Those that worship the God of Thieves and Shadows find the edict of secrets intriguing and love the protection that the shadows give. Any race or profession could secretly worship Nor, and the God's symbol is never worn openly for any who do.

Orcs

The Orcs of The Shards used to worship Dava and the other gods, but when Starfall devastated the land they turned their backs on him and called out to the primal forces around them, creating new god type beings that they worship. Nor is not represented in these new primal beings.
