Mental Wave

This powerful ability, found only in rare Psions, is the ability to manifest a psychic wave that bursts out from you and physically impacts the material world. Changing mental thoughts into kinetic force is taxing, draining the most powerful Psions, but the damage that can be done is astounding. From leveling buildings, to killing people, this power is the second most powerful weapon in the Psions arsenal. This power has two levels; Minor and Major

Minor

A Psion with the minor power can unleash his mind to cause a wave that can take down walls and push people away from him up to 50 feet. He can choose to do this in one direction, or all around him in a radius arc. The Psion can not discriminate between friend or foe with this power, however. It is all or nothing. The Psion can do this twice per day without draining himself. If he does it a third time, he loses consciousness for an hour. A fourth time and he lapses into a coma for a day to three days.

Major

A Psion with the major power can unleash his mind to cause a wave that can take down small buildings and push people away from him up to 100 feet. causing damage equal to a fall from that same height. He can choose to do this in one direction, or all around him in a radius arc. The Psion can not discriminate between friend or foe with this power, however. It is all or nothing. The Psion can do this twice per day without draining himself. If he does it a third time, he loses consciousness for a day. A fourth time and he could die (50% chance)

Effect

The Psion lets loose a concussive wave, thunder without sound.

Side/Secondary Effects

As stated above, if the Psion attempts to do this past the amount of times he can, then the consequences could shut his body down,, and in some cases, kill him.

Manifestation

The concussive wave looks like focused air.
