Kaal was born in an unknown location, he spent his childhood being raised by Yeti. Because of his unique parents Kaal learned how to survived in the tundra north of Spine of the world.
Before he became of age his parents were slain by a group of adventures. These adventures had took the young dragonborn and brought him to civilization.
Kaal joined the East Waterdeep Trading Company a couple years later and was exposed to The Wraith Guild. Intrigued by the arcane scholars Kaal learned what he could. He preferred using a sword and shield but he learned the advantage to magic on the battlefield.
