The Convention on the Refugees was held between Devania, Montbay, and Everaldimor in response to the influx of refugees from the Kcalsburian Continent.
It was decided that these refugees should be allowed to settle lands in Southmoor, Nothgard, and Rhydien so long as they would join any coalition against Delos'Nordan in the future.
