Upmarch begins to stabilize and grow in prosperity under the influence of the Sapphire Concordat.
The Sapphire Concordat was a loose network of cities which held democratically-elected leadership to determine the nation's path forward, supported initially by Everaldimor. The Concordat rapidly became dominated by plutocratic elites, but the Upmarch did stabilize and grow in prosperity under their guiding hand. The Concordat later came to be heavily influenced by Revansgar, who is now considered to be the real overseer of the Upmarch region.
