Sea of Storms

The Sea of Storms is one of the only seas in the world where no vessels tread. Not only is it landlocked by uncharted territories, it is also pelted year-round by gales and storms that descend from The Windy Country. The coasts around the Sea of Storms are often battered by these storms, but the primary spillway for them is Eowyr, which is desertified due to their intensity. Eowyr is thus often considered a desert, but in reality, its "sands" are dirt upon which plants simply cannot grow without being blown away. The Grey Woods themselves boast some of the toughest trees in the known world - the Velfmyarch - to withstand the wrath of the storms' periphery.
