Pulsing Puffs

Description

Pulsing Puffs grow on untreated, open wounds as small blue-white spores which grow into phosphorescent domed mounds. These mounds pulse with the bearer's heartbeat. Pulsing Puffs are cultivated by the Feral Elves, as well as some Spirit Elves, on bound prisoners for their beauty.
