Delos'Nordan is a capital city (to the eponymous Delos'Nordan) of unparalleled beauty, with mystical arcana lighting the way through vibrant gardens and shining silver homes. Delos'Nordan has no slums or ghettos and is, essentially, just a sprawling arrangement of noble estates and manors. Those who are not in service of a noble are not allowed within its vicinity for any extended period, and it is very expensive to attain permits for even temporary visitation.
