Beggar's Bet

Description

Beggar's Bet involves one each of a d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, and d20. It is played between two players, and consists of three rounds. Before the game begins, players agree to lay down an equivalent amount of money which the winner will take in total. Each round, players select one die, which cannot be the same as the one that the opponent selected (first to grab it is the winner). They then roll their dice, and the person who rolls lowest gets points equal to half of the number of sides on the die (e.g., a d4 gives 2 points). In the event of a tie, the person with the larger die wins. A player may not reuse dice that they used on previous rounds, but their opponent may. The person with the highest amount of points after three rounds wins.
