Dullahan

Dullahans are solitary faes whose defining characteristic is their ability to remove their head from their body.

Much like banshees, they are typically viewed as a death omen. However, where banshees are generally the herald of a peaceful death, a Dullahan will often foretell the death of someone “deserving” of punishment, such as the powerful and corrupt.

Dullahans are sapient and can be spoken with, although they are quite grim and sullen and typically not too fond of conversation.
