Manifestation

Magic is a primordial force and energy permeating everything and everyone since the dawn of times. Most beings cannot comprehend the vastness of it, only some aspects known as magic aspects. Hence, it can also be seen as some sort of dormant, collective consciousness, almost a collective subconscious few people are aware of. Each individual would be a facet of this, a part of the whole, including immortals.

Its nature, existence and immensity are explained in a book which contents can't be read or understood as it doesn't have a physical form. It is made of knowledge in its purest state, is of unknown origins and leaves behind a feeling of both awe and horror.

As such, that is also the very essence of Vìssna, God of Knowledge, who was born from the book and can be seen as its physical incarnation. The deity, in an attempt to understand the purpose of his existence, tried to decipher it without success. However, he still managed to discover and study arcane magic in the process.
