Personal history
Allison grew up in a single-parent household and didn't exactly have the finer things in life. Fortunately, she was smart and her grades throughout all levels of school were exceptionally high. She was the type to be able to remember most pieces of information for an exam, and then promptly forget about them, considering them 'superfluous' information.
She joined Transacience because she wanted to do some good in the world. Whoever recruited her clearly embellished what the agency does, and she was soon shipped to a remote location where the average IQ could be described generously as "lukewarm".
Unfortunately, she was one of a very small number of women at that location and thus prone to being leered at cat-called, objectified, and generally undervalued. Her quick wits and relatively high situational awareness kept her out of any immediate critical danger, but staying on such a state of alert is beyond a chore.
Employment
After several odd jobs including being a professional bridesmaid, she found herself uninterested in most labor pursuits and, through a friend, found herself looking into the Transacience Company.
Her intuition told her something was off about it, and she dug deep enough to uncover the fact that it was a partially fictitious company. From there, she was scouted and so began her hate-hate relationship with the agency.

Accomplishments & Achievements
In a world of 'automated everything', Alison has learned to drive vehicles with manual transmissions, drive large flexible vehicles (such as large transport trucks), and has learned how to brew a cup of coffee... by hand.
Mental Trauma
Years of constantly looking over her back and suffering the carnivorous gazes of her colleagues has left Allison rather distrustful of men, and unsure if she wants to pursue relationships altogether.
She will not be alone with a man if she can help it, and if she is, she will most certainly be armed.
