Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky

Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (more commonly known as Petropavlovsk) is a major charter city within the Siberian Independent Republic. It hosts a number of research and development companies, most prominent of which is Moneaux-Verrill World Biotech. The city is also famed for its tourism, having been promoted by the SIR extensively throughout the 2050s. Once a small fortress to guard Russia's eastern edge, it is now a thriving city of lights on the edge of the Pacific.
