Tactics

Mage units are traditionally used as areal scouts. They are equipped with rifles and grenades to engage with ground troops and other Mage Units. Mages typically use Magi-tech Propulsion Devices to fly up to 10,000 ft. in the air. Using rifles and ranged spells, these units engage in Air to Surface strikes on targets and enemy formations. Mage Units are also trained and equipped for ground bases tactics and recon.

Logistics

Logistical Support

Mage units require very little logistical support to remain highly mobile and effective. The standard needs of rations, rest and comfortable shelter are required. Mage units occasionally require specific spell components, access to specific kinds of magically significant locations or time for prayer and meditation.

Recruitment

• All recruits must achieve at least a 4/10 on the Kinsey Scale.
• All recruits must complete high altitude operational training at an altitude of 20,000 ft.
• All recruits must complete the Metaphysics Combat Applications Course with a score of 80/100.

Upon completion of Mage Unit Training, Mages participate in a graduation ceremony where they receive their Mage Focus and Black and White Mage Cord worn by Trained Mages on their Class A and Class B Uniforms.
