Sweeping reforms to engagement tactics and military leadership.

Shortly after Felix's ascent to Archon of Bulvirk, he began to notice the tactics of the darkness were becoming highly covert, with multiple raids done from multiple directions. Felix decided to break armies down into six man squads featuring at least one paladin and one cleric per squad. While the numbers of these specialized troops was once more on the rise, there were only enough for twelve of these squads. The generals beneath the Archon did not like this tactic at first as it would leave fortresses without the usual divine aid they had come to rely on, but the Archon negotiated with Bristol to supply the army with surgeons to bolster the medical capacity of the forts.   At first there were several close calls when the dark forces attacked, but soon the advantage of these squads became apparent: a small squad could enter a nest and neutralize its den mothers swiftly, repel beasts and slay goblins effectively. Soon, other squads formed following suit, First the elves with their druidic strike forces, then Nordic berserkers with skald healers to keep them bolstered.   Nest after nest is destroyed as the the new tactic is too chaotic for the darkness to counter.
