Hithilium Summit

Era beginning/end

The four tribes of elves in Wosterhiem hold a summit to discuss the threat of the Darkness. The Darkness is contained.

The elves too wished to mend the world. From across the Earth their tribes came and convened in the Halls of Hithilium. The Sidar, the Neldar, the Telai and even the dark Drow communed together. They elected their greatest Sorcerers and Druids to attempt a ritual of containment. For a brief time it worked and scouts were sent to study these accursed places. Few returned, and it is believed that those that did not, were twisted and changed, becoming the first orcs, who for a time were bound to the darkness, but eventually turned to their own devices.
