Personal history

"There lived a certain man in Wrun Valley long ago. He was big and strong, in his eyes a flaming glow. Most people looked at him with terror and with fear. But to the valley girls he was such a lovely dear. He could preach the sword like a soldier. Full of ecstasy and fire. But he also was the kind of teacher that women would desire."

Under the age of 12 he underwent training to become a scholar although having obtained knowledge, when he finished he had acquire a taste for the belligerent arts. Having then enrolled on a knight school. he exhibited a knack for combat having easily risen in ranks. After enrolling the knight school he exhibited a knack for combat having easily risen in grades. At the age of 16 he was then dispatched as a knight for the War between the Great Imperium of Astora and the Magnificent Alliance. The war had been going on for 4 years neither side having major breakthroughs, he had participated on the Imperium for the next 4 years having gained some noticeable reputation managing small groups on guerrilla warfare racking some authority along the years. However, in the Great Year of 849 Protect there was an incident that inevitably had altered the course of war. The Daemons of the Dark God’s Abyss that had become silent for years suddenly poured out of their lair and invaded the cities of both sides. Unprepared they could only watch as their capitals and its people were ravaged by the flames of war and despair, leading the armies of both sides to retreat in an attempt to protect the capital and the nobles that were holed up in it. Unfortunately for them the Daemons proved to be a stronger enemy than they expected leading to the extermination of both countries leaving no survivor in their wake. During that hellish events Gehrman and a small team were returning from their assignment and saw the deep black clouds on the horizon which gave them an ominous felling, deciding to rush in the direction of the main city they were assaulted by the hideous nightmare the Daemons left behind. Upon that site some frenetically went searching for their loved ones to only to find the gory remains left behind. Having decided that staying wouldn’t do anything Gehrman left to the south thinking of the place he once called home and that now was ravaged by war. After what was two years he had settled on the town of Wrum Valley. Doing some odd jobs and some escort missions with nothing noteworthy happening. On a day were the military was resupplying in town on a fairly popular pub there was a group of guards that for some time were blabbering on incompressible lines. The drunken captain studently harassed the lovely maid that was by chance serving Gehrman that had stopped for a meal. Unfortunately as fate would have it the maid was carrying an order that as the captain took action it spilled on Gehrman. Upset by the spilled drink but even more outraged by the despicable act he involuntarily had thrown a punch at the captain without realising. Having realized what he had done he decided to flee, but the group off guards jolted by the events were quick on their feet and initiated peruse of Gehrman. After some time the captain was catching up and in an attempt to lose them Gehrman decided to enter a building that, although its good condition, was abandoned. Upon entering he found a couple around his age surprized by that fact he was going to ask them to leave but to his dismay the captain was faster than expected and rammed the door finding them inside.
