Kirigautsuke is an ancient and powerful basilisk who has laired in the ruins of Telebessir since its fall. Though not a dragon, she has been given a draconic name by Chiaoneathriyella, who apparently regards her as an equal.
Physical Description
Identifying Characteristics
She is noticeably larger than most basilisks, her eyes glow somewhat darker due to her age, and her forehead is scarred with the mark of a dragon's claws.
Special abilities
She is a stone-eye basilisk, able to render creatures to stone simply by looking at them.
Mental characteristics
Personal history
She was the basilisk summoned by Tiilsden mages as part of the invasion of Telebessir in 1410. She decimated the Telebessite city guard, creating what is referred to by archaeologists as the Basilisk's Pavilion. She has resided there ever since.
Personality Characteristics
Motivation
She is distinctly territorial and proud, generally wanting to amass wealth and territory. However, despite her territorial nature, she isn't always combative - she accepts and allows passage to those who merely wish to learn and study. If anyone tries to take something, including territory, she gets incredibly aggressive.

Contacts & Relations
She is friendly with Chiaoneathriyella, and they have worked together at least twice in the past to protect Telebessir as their combined territory. The mark on her forehead, and her draconic name, were also given by Chiaoneathriyella.
