Personal history
Sebastian was born in the city state of Ballari. Sebastian was born of lust and sin to no named parents he barely remembers. He grew up as an urchin on the streets of Ballari, stealing from rich merchants and the like until he stole from the once powerful, Sallabar Soharras.
