Lord Commandant
The Lord Commadant of the Wild's Watch is the highest ranking member and leading authority. The Lord Commandant is chosen democratically where each memeber of the Wild's Watch is given one vote. Anyone who chooses to run for the position must be given at least two thirds of the vote in order to become elected.
Qualifications
Any memeber of the Wild's Watch can become the Lord Commedant as long as they recieve enough two thirds of the votes. Generally speaking only well renown members will be elected.
Appointment
The election is held within the great hall of the Wild's Watch where the leading Magister Arcane or a Magister if the Magister Arcane is not present for any reason. The Houndsmen vote with special coins. The coins are all collected from each member privately. After the procedure, the coins are counted and whoever has 2/3s votes will be elected. If no one is elected, another election is held the following day. If no one is elected after a moons passing, then whoever holds the most votes is elected.
Duties
The Lord Commendant of the Wild's Watch is duty bound until life to rule. Their word is law and disobeying them can result in execution in order to ensure. The Lord Commendant is in charge of all military aspects.
