Artist

Artist is a character subclass of Bard. They tend to focus on creation of particular art. Some types of artists include calligraphers, origamists, and sculptors. Oftentimes artists have the ability to fuse their works with various kinds of magics.

Materials

Painters create paintings, two-dimensional pieces typically created on canvases using pigmented liquid known as paint. When imbued with particular magics, these paintings can come to life as constructs, create portals between places and worlds, unleash various powers, and much more.
Calligraphers, as the name suggests, focus on calligraphy, specifically using ink brushes. They may imbue this ink with magic to create ink constructs, to curse or bless certain objects, to disguise or hide oneself or others, to communicate with others, and to restrain, trap, or seal others, among a number of other applications.
Origamists study and practice origami, using paper. They can imbue paper with magic for a number of applications, including creating paper weapons (sometimes as sharp at metal blades), beasts, explosives, communication devices, restraints, and camouflage, among other things.
Sculptors create sculptures, three-dimensional pieces that are carved or modeled from different materials. These sculptures, when imbued with magics, can be brought to life as golems or constructs, being more powerful depending on the materials they are created from. Sculptors tend to focus their crafts using stone, metal, ceramics, or wood, but can use makeshift materials as well on the fly. A creative sculptor can make almost anything into a construct.
Tattooists imbed tattoos on the body's of other creatures or themselves. These tattoos, when imbued with magics, can be removed from their various positions and brought into the world as constructs. For instance, a tattoo of a sword could be brought out into the world as a sword and sheathed back into the tattoo. Certain beasts can be tattooed and briefly brought to life. Additionally various runes can be tattooed and give the user various abilities.
