Isa Algae

The Isa Algea is a rampantly growing, edible algae that also reinvigorates other nearby plants through it's purification of the water. When prepared, the longest strands, often the most tired and dirty, are trimmed away, and the young shoots are prepared, via boiling, steaming or eaten fresh. The vegetable grows abundantly, even in home gardens, and is present in most Kaiyocean dishes.[n]
