Vallaverda Island
The Vallaverda Island is a small island outside of Gindland, and it is under the territory of the Isle O' Gold. It was a big port city, and a gathering place for pirates and sailors once, but under the new governor, it became mostly empty.
The port city of Vallaverda was founded by Reginald Perez in the year 1259, to be a port city that will serve as a resting spot for traders that traveled from Gindland to Isle O' Gold and the other way around.
The city was very successful under the leadership and governing of Reginald, but sadly in the year 1300, he passed away (41 years after founding the city), at age 67, out of old age. Because Reginald had no offspring, the land that was rightfully his, was given to a gnome known as Marcus, who somehow got it, under an Isle o' Gold trial.
Marcus was a horrible governor, and in his greed, he charged too many taxes and made it harder for businesses and residents to live. Eventually, the city got emptier, and the port went silent, and Marcus dropped from his position but kept the lands. Marcus is a strong believer that the island will be valuable as it can serve as a tactical spot for a war he believes to come soon.
The city no longer has a meaningful part in the Eagsain economy, has it is only able to provide food to itself, and the only exports it has are its serve as a resting spot. The city also isn't guarded, and its defenses (including the wall) are either sold or unmanned, the only guard left is a guard known as Guard who sits in the tower on top of the mountain, and observe.

The Govenors Mansion
The govenors mansion is the residance of the Govenor of Vallaverda City. The mansion is made of the main building, a shack, a guard-post and a small greenhouse (maintained by Tulip.The Old Cap Tavern
The Ship Repair Shop
The ship repairs shop is a small two-story shack owned by Old Man Herold, the respected repairman of Vallaverda. He doesn’t work a lot, but when he does, he does it with the help of a kid named John, whose parents are the lumberjacks of the colony. Old man Herold mainly relaxes and fish at the near dock. Herold is pretty satisfied with his situation, but he doesn’t mind hiring again and make the repairs shop run again. The second story is Herold's home.The Blacksmith
The black smithery is owned by the dwarf Gallor. Gallor has knowledge of dwarven smithery and craftsmanship, yet he lack the tools. The smithery mostly make tools and part for travelers and the Vallaverdan people, he also has a small stock of old weaponry and armor, but only basic stuff.The Black Wagon Tavern
The Black wagon is a small tavern owned by Erizek and Galfan Verda. The tavern is a small cheaper alternative to the Old cap tavern, that was too expensive to maintain and pay taxes for the Verda couple.Druide Circle

Vicky Morgan
Vicky is a 25 years old woman that was born and raised in Vallaverda Island. When she was 17 both her parents (who were bakers) left for a big job in Gindland, what Vicky doesn't know is that her parents were assassins. They were caught and executed, Vicky was told that they died in a shipwreck. Vicky decided to keep their bakery running by becoming a baker. now she is the owner of the bakery, and she sells wonderful bread (and other pastries). She is very satisfied with her life, and she found her peace in the shop.Old Man Herold
Old man Herold is an old copper Dragonborn whose a ship-making master. In the past, Herold was the head shipbuilder for the Isle O' Gold's navy. After reaching old age, he retired to the Vallaverda Island to own his little shop. Herold never told the people of Vallavera (but Reginald Perez) of his rank. Herold is very skilled in the matter of building ships, and a very kind person. he is very involved and loved in the Vallaverda community, and consider one of its founders, as he was one of the first person to move there, and because he brought a lot of visitors with his skills. He is nicknamed "Old Man" for a reason, he is 112 years old, and still is very active.Gallor
Gallor is the Blacksmith of Vallaverda, he lives there for more than 40 years. He is don't appear as a kind person due to his grumpiness and due to the fact, he doesn't tend to speak or associate with the rest of Vallaverda's people. His only friend is Old Man Herold, whom he meets with frequently. Gallor's past (before coming to Vallaverda) is unknown.Tulip
Tulip is a dwarf, that was raised by squirrels, or so she says. She was found in the forests of Vallaverda Island when she was around 7 years old (human scale), and she was raised in the tavern by Erizek Verda and Galfan Verda.Erizek Verda
