Magic Item Crafting

I'm allowing Magic Item Crafting, but doing so has to go through me, as there are still requirements to making these items, including formulas and special ingredients. However, bear in mind that this takes downtime if you opt to do it yourself. The world and destiny will keep marching on. Most major cities will have enchanters that you can pay to make magic items that you can come back for.
