Eledh, Mistress of Scrolls

Eledh is the Mistress of Scrolls within Pelenspayar. Brother to Erodh, she also journeyed to Pelenspayar hoping to be chosen as a wyvern rider, but was not selected; instead, she showed some aptitude for the arcane arts, and was apprenticed to Master Feladar. In it's prime Pelenspayar had an entire staff of mages who served her; with the passing of the years only Feladar and Eledh remained. Feladar died when Irazes attacked Pelenspayar, and now Eledh remains.
