Carthinia

Orthin's centermost state and home of its capital city, Megapopulous, Carthinia also happens to be Orthin's original territory as well as the location where their worshipped deity, Ryn, famously descended from the stars and manifested himself in a mortal form for the first time.

Demographics

Like most of Orthin, Carthinia is predominantly human with a few isolated pockets of elves and even a few Dwarves (though this state has few to no dwarven inhabitants, only a few outsiders who come from the northeast to trade occasionally). This is largely a result of their aligned religion, which is also largely populated by humans and not very welcoming towards alternate religious views.

Industry & Trade

Holding, at its center, the economic powerhouse of Megapopulous as well as many of Orthin's original infrastructure and cities (from before their expansion to surrounding regions), which has only grown more influential since its founding.
