Smogwalkers

The smogwalkers are a street gang that controls a portion of the Red District, near and around the refineries. They wear modified versions of the refinery protective gear and gas masks, both for protection and intimidation. They often use smoke and gas during territorial skirmishes, both to incapacitate their opponents and to conceal their movements. They deal in drugs and other illicit chemicals, including poisons.

Structure

The Smogwalkers are led by Skagknife, a brute of a man. He has two lieutenants. Kel is in charge of the Smogwalkers' footsoldiers. Grin is in charge of their production and distribution.
