Cores Overview

Disclaimer: These classes are WIP and subject to change and balance revisions as playtests are conducted   Cores are a central pillar from which players may choose different classes. This allows players to change their class on level up, multiclass freely inside their core, and be more flexible with player choice.   Adept: A core identity that focuses on agility and finesse, with Dexterity as its core stat. It branches into the Rogue, Gunfighter, and Martial Artist (Monk) classes. Adepts excel in stealth, ranged combat, and unarmed combat, utilizing their speed and precision to strike swiftly and effectively.   Adept Core Class: Gunfighter   Adept Core Class: Martial Artist   Adept Core Class: Rogue     Warrior: A core identity that emphasizes strength and durability, with Strength as its core stat. It branches into the Fighter, Heavy Gunner, Oathsworn (Paladin), and Raider (Barbarian) classes. Warriors are formidable combatants, capable of wielding heavy weapons, wearing heavy armor, and dealing and absorbing high amounts of damage.   Warrior Core Class: Fighter   Warrior Core Class: Heavy Gunner   Warrior Core Class: Oathsworn   Warrior Core Class: Raider     Technician: A core identity that harnesses intelligence and technical expertise, with Intelligence as its core stat. It branches into the Arcanist (Wizard), Inscriptor, and Engineer classes. Technicians excel in magical and technological prowess, utilizing their knowledge and skills to manipulate arcane forces, craft powerful items, and repair or control machinery.   Technician Core Class: Arcanist   Technician Core Class: Engineer   Technician Core Class: Inscriptor   Naturalist: A core identity that draws upon wisdom and connection to nature, with Wisdom as its core stat. It branches into Animist, Chaplain (Cleric), and Survivalist (Ranger). Naturalists are attuned to the natural world, capable of healing, protecting, and controlling elements of nature, and surviving in the wilderness.   Naturalist Core Class: Animist   Naturalist Core Class: Chaplain   Naturalist Core Class: Survivalist     Conduit: A core identity that channels charisma and raw magical energy, with Charisma as its core stat. It branches into the Bard, Sorcerer, and Warlock classes.
