Armor Mods
Armor mods allow players to tailor their equipment to their needs or playstyles, allowing for a deeper amount of customization. Mods, as the name implies, are modifications, but they are also modular, allowing for players to switch them out when desired.
It takes the equivalent of a short rest (10 minutes to an hour) to swap out one mod, and a long rest to completely swap out mods.
Your stacks of elemental resistance are referred to as Armor Grade - Elemental, or AG-E. AG-E1 means any matching elemental damage dice, if they land on a 1, are eliminated from a roll.
Resistance mods allow players to prepare in advance for elemental damage. They function the same way as Armor Grades do, in that they eliminate damage dice from matching elemental types equal to the number of matching resistance mods equipped. You can stack up to 5 of the same type of elemental resistance mods.
As an example, armor modded with two Fire Resistant Inserts will eliminate any dice that land on a two or a one from a fire-based damage source.
Anti-Corrosive Hazmat Layering

Prevents persistent poison and/or acid damage.

Can deflect laser-based attacks back at the attacker if user passes a DC15 Acrobatics check, dealing half damage back at the attacker as a reaction, additional stacks of this mod reduce the DC check by 1

Utility mods can have various beneficial effects to enhance a player's abilities or provide other utility options for players. Only one of each type of Utility mod can be equipped.
Ceph Camo
Rarity: Exotic, Rare
EffectsMatches the player's outfit to the surrounding environment when still or moving less than half their movement in one turn and gives Advantage on stealth checks.
If the player has not moved yet on their turn, they are heavily obscured to onlookers more than 45 feet away and will automatically succeed on Stealth checks.
Can be activated for a duration of 1 hour, after which it will take a Short or Long rest to recharge before it can be used again.

Full-Spectrum Facemask
Rarity: Exotic, Common, Vettir-Only
EffectsCan cycle through three modes as a free action: Augmented Reality, Thermal, and Threat Assessor
Allows the user to view the surrounding environment by projecting an augmented reality overlay onto the internal viewing plates of the facemask. This gathers information through IR sweeps of the surrounding area. This shows outlines of all objects within 120 feet and provides superior darkvision, even in total darkness.
Thermal mode shows sources of heat and cold by averaging them against ambient temperature. Allows vision in the dark within 60 feet.
Threat Assessor mode identifies and highlights hostile targets that are not marked as friendly by the built-in IFF while under normal lighting conditions.

Ghillie Suit (Makeshift)

EffectsAllows the player to take nearby foliage or brush to attach to a mesh suit that breaks up their silhouette (10 minutes DC10 investigation check to obtain foliage).
If a player is hidden or takes the Hide action and has not moved on their turn yet, they will automatically succeed a Stealth check except against opponents that have Blindsense or Blindsight.
Grants a +3 bonus to Stealth checks, increases by +1 for each quality level above baseline.
If no foliage matching the environment can be found, the mod is of no use until foliage can be found.

Jump Jets (Liquid Fuel)
Rarity: Uncommon
EffectsAllows the user to expend fuel as a Bonus Action to lift off into the air in a direction of their choice, launching up to 45 feet in a chosen direction.
Emits a small 5 foot radius of fire around the user on liftoff, dealing 3d4 fire damage in the area. Targets in the radius must make a Dexterity saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + Your Proficiency Bonus + Your Intelligence Modifier. On a failed save, a target takes the rolled damage. On a successful save, a target takes no damage.
Does not damage vehicles upon launching, but guarantees success for vehicle-to-vehicle boarding checks when used.
After launching, the user does not take fall damage during their descent.
Allows the user to slow their descent as a reaction to prevent lethal falls.
The Jump Jet has two Compressed Fuel Canisters. Each Compressed Fuel Canister is 2 quarts and stores 4 uses in total, consuming 1 quart per use. Refueling completely takes 1 gallon of fuel.

EffectsAllows the player to insert two crafted ceramic plates into a vest on their torso to bolster their HP with temporary HP. Temporary HP is affected by mitigations.
Crafted plates are made with 2 Mineral materials, rarity and quantity of materials used multiplies the temp HP by 2, with mundane materials granting 4 temporary HP
Plates are crafted during a long rest and weigh 5lbs
Can be stacked with Temporary HP from other sources, does not count for abilities that consume Temporary HP

Spectral Sensor Harness
Rarity: Exotic, Rare
EffectsAllows the user to detect the general vicinity of supernatural creatures and ghosts, granting blindsense for detecting invisible monsters
This harness attaches a sensor unit that is situated on the wearer's right shoulder which can give indication as to where a ghost or other supernatural being is, and provides some directionality with a color-changing LED strip on the sensor pylon. It sweeps back and forth as it conducts its scans. If it detects something it will point in the direction of the creature. Allies can see the state of the sensor.
There is also a wristband LED that gives directionality in a small circular display.
There are three warning states for the device: Yellow indicates there is a supernatural creature within 60 feet, Orange indicates there is a creature within 30 feet, Red indicates there is a creature within 10 feet.
The sensor LED is 8-directional and will aim in the direction of the creature but does not give elevation information.
