Geth'koz
Not everything is known or understood about Geth'koz but what has been discovered has been interesting to say the least. They used to live in the Eastlands as some sort of ruling class and had a vast empire; they possessed many forms of advanced technology, science, and magic; they had intricate ties to the Gith; and they were violently removed from power.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Based on the skeleton of Saskamet and the memories of Pip, the Geth'koz were fairly humanoid looking in appearance. They were around 12 feet tall and possessed dense bone structure. For their limbs: they had four arms and their hands possessed 3 fingers and they had two legs and their feet ended in 2 toes. Their heads were slightly elongated, they possessed flat noses, and their mouths were filled with small sharp teeth.
Additional Information
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
It has been implied and shown by Saskamet that the Geth'Koz possessed psionic powers, the lingering psionic power of his own entity attaching his spirit to his skull.
Civilization and Culture
Average Technological Level
There have been major implications that a lot of technology that is currently in use was originally created by the Geth'Koz
Major Language Groups and Dialects
Gith and Deep Speech
Common Customs, Traditions and Rituals
The Geth'koz seemed to believe that information was not a resource to be shared to everybody but only to those who were "worthy".

Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
If Pip's memories and the wall carvings are to be believed, the Geth'Koz believed themselves to be superior to other races. Given that a war was likely had to remove them from power it can be assumed that they were not well-liked.
EXTINCT
Origin/Ancestry
Unknown
Lifespan
Unclear but given what Saskamet said about a living Geth'Koz still being out there it would seem they can live for a very long term
Conservation Status
Saskamet is technically the last Geth'Koz and by no definitions would be considered alive which would make bringing back the Geth'Koz a difficult if not questionable process to say the last. He has in a private conversation with Shush indicated that he sensed the presence of one other living Geth'Koz that he in the long term wishes to have killed.
